The Canadian International Development Organization (CIDO) is a registered charity based in Canada. CIDO was established with the express goal of helping relieve poverty and raise the standards of living in the developing world with a particular focus on the countires in the Middle East and Northern Africa.

The principal goal of CIDO is to assist communities in need of time-critical aid in the fields of healthcare, water treatment, transportation, and argiculture.

CIDO is particularly well positioned to assist needy communities in the field of medicine by providing: medical equipment, training, and educational collaboration.
